The staff were absolutely amazing and super friendly, making us feel so included and valued throughout our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the area and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We loved the daily room cleaning service and the fun evening activities like music bingo and beer pong. The pool was refreshing and the AC kept us cool in the hot weather. a 10/10 experience that we didn't want to end!

I keep coming back to this place because it's amazing! The staff is so helpful and friendly - they even helped me find my lost jewel once. It has everything I need like free Wi-Fi, a bar, a restaurant, and a swimming pool. Can't wait to come back for Christmas!

This hostel is conveniently located and is a great starting point for exploring the area. the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is lively. the beds are comfortable and the showers are spacious and clean. They offer motorbike rentals and laundry services, making it convenient.

The breakfast and food offered at the hostel are average, so it may be better to eat at the cafes outside for a better dining experience.

I recently stayed at Mad Monkey in Kuta, Lombok for 6 nights and had an amazing experience. The staff here are by far the friendliest team I've encountered during my 9-month trip around Southeast Asia. They make you feel included and valued as both a guest and a person. The private room I stayed in was huge, clean, and had a super comfy bed. The bathroom was also lovely, clean, and spacious. The location is perfect, with plenty of nearby restaurants, tour companies, and options for surfing. Additionally, the hostel offers free alcoholic punch between 6-6:30pm, which creates a sociable atmosphere for solo travelers. I can't thank the staff enough for their exceptional service and highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great time at Mad Monkey! The size of the room was perfect and the area around the hotel looked really nice. The pool and hot tub were amazing, and the atmosphere was really sociable, perfect for solo travelers. I also loved the location, with plenty of restaurants and tour options nearby. Plus, being able to hire scooters from the hotel was really convenient.

There were a few minor inconveniences, like the bathroom in the dorm not being cleaned daily and the lack of privacy due to no curtains on the beds. Additionally, there were some additional expenses for things like towels and water refills.

The staff were super cool and made us feel at home. The dorms were tidy and comfy, perfect for crashing after hitting the sick waves at Kuta Beach and exploring the lush hills of Lombok. The pool was epic for chilling and meeting new mates. Mad Monkey Kuta Lombok definitely knows how to create a rad vibe!

If there was one thing we wished for, it would be an even bigger party scene at night. Don't get me wrong, the activities were fun, but as party-loving teenagers, we wanted to dance the night away and meet even more awesome people.
